Sealed Bids are requested by St. Clair Health to be submitted to Nira Consulting Engineers, Inc., at 950 Fifth Avenue, Coraopolis, PA, 15108 until 3:00 P.M. prevailing time, Monday, August 11, 2025, for the Enhancing Healthcare Excellence: Development of a Simulation Suite and Task Training Room at St. Clair Health, 2024-GEDTF-209. The project involves the purchasing of various equipment and materials necessary for the simulation suite and tank training room. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the closing time for receipt of Bids.

No Bid or any part thereof shall be withdrawn by Bidder for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the Bid Opening.
The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all Bids or parts of bids and to waive technical defects in any Bid.
