The Borough of Glen Osborne remediated an existing stone wall on Sycamore Road. The wall was aged, distressed and in need of repair. A soil nail wall system was installed which includes the installation of 20 foot long soil nails into bedrock, rebar & wire mesh, then a shotcrete surface. This method of construction provided for little disturbance to residents while ensuring the stability of the retaining wall for many years to come.
