The Municipal Authority of the Township of Robinson completely refurbished a maintenance building to use as their new administrative office. The building was currently being used by their maintenance crews. This challenging project completely gutted the building leaving only the outside structure and was rebuilt into a new modern office building. Work in this project included all architectural, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, site grading, storm sewage system, parking lot construction, benching & grading of the hillside, and new utilities to the building.
