SEALED BID PROPOSALS will be received by the Harrison Township Water Authority (“Authority”), Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, until 3:00 pm (prevailing time) on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the Authority Office, 11 Acee Drive, Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, for: Laborer, Flagman, and Backhoe & Single Axle Dump Truck (5-10 Ton) Rental & Operation for 2025. Bid Proposals will be publicly opened immediately thereafter. It is the intent that the contract will be awarded at a Meeting of the Authority in the Harrison Township Water Authority Building held Monday, November 18, 2024.
Specifications and Bidding Forms may be obtained at the Authority Office, or at the office of NIRA Consulting Engineers, Inc., 950 Fifth Avenue, Coraopolis, PA 15108.
Each Bid Proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be addressed to: The Harrison Township Water Authority, Nick Colledge, General Manager. The name and address of the Bidder shall be clearly marked in the upper left hand corner and the words “Bid Proposal for Laborer, Flagman, Backhoe & Single Axle Dump Truck (5-10 Ton) Rental and Operation” shall be clearly marked in the lower left hand corner.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals received. The Authority also reserves the right to waive any and all informalities.
